The following images were taken by Dennis Vasquez and are used with his permission. They show Gene Forte's 1980 attempt to salvage Exterminator from the bottom of Huntington Lake. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to display these images. Dennis sent them to me too late to include in Beneath Haunted Waters where they would have been an excellent addition to Chapter 11, "The Plane in the Lake," which discusses the various attempts to raise Exterminator.
